About the Role
We are seeking an Equity Research Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our senior analysts to provide comprehensive coverage of companies within the energy and infrastructure space. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to dive deep into primary research, financial analysis, and strategic industry evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support our company updates and investment recommendations.
- Monitor daily news flow to keep senior analysts informed of critical developments.
- Perform primary research and data collection through industry surveys, polling, and engagement with key opinion leaders to produce insightful research reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong work ethic and a passion for the financial markets. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience in equity research or investment banking.
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex financial forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate investment themes.
- A high level of resourcefulness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Preference for candidates who hold Series SIE, 63, 86, and 87 licenses, though these are not required at the time of hiring.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, as we do not provide visa sponsorship.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, skills, and qualifications. The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note that this role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as a discretionary bonus.
