What is this role?
We are hiring for a Full Time Equipment Technician within our Operation Engineering department. This is a Junior level, on-site position perfect for someone looking to grow their technical expertise. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have a couple of years of experience in the field, we provide a collaborative space where you can develop your skills in automation and maintenance.
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on our production machinery to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You will monitor system performance, conduct baseline checks, and act quickly to resolve technical issues when they arise.
- You will collaborate with our automation engineers to manage spare parts, coordinate repairs, and support the setup of new testing platforms.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Around 2 years of experience working in a maintenance team for industrial systems, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with your team.
- A solid understanding of automation, process control, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with TPM and PLCs is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
