Role at a glance

We are looking for a mid-level EPIC Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be located within our service area of South Carolina, North Carolina, or Virginia, or be willing to relocate. You will work 40 hours per week, with approximately 20% travel required throughout our affiliate regions.

Your impact

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our Epic EHR and practice management systems, providing hands-on troubleshooting and support for end users.
• Act as the essential bridge between our internal stakeholders and our managed service organization to ensure our clinical and administrative workflows are optimized.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to track performance metrics, manage system updates, and identify new opportunities for operational efficiency.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical staff. We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and deeply supportive of reproductive health and justice.

• Three to five years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience working with Electronic Health Records, with specific Epic experience considered a major bonus.
• Proficiency with IT support tools such as Citrix Go To Assist.
• A solid background in troubleshooting, workflow design, and supporting end users.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00 to $86,700.00. Our comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees includes:
