Planned Parenthood South Atlantic is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare, dedicated to delivering inclusive and compassionate services to our communities. We are looking for a passionate EPIC Analyst to join our team and help us leverage technology to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Epic EHR system, providing troubleshooting, workflow support, and help desk assistance to end users.
- Act as the main liaison between our affiliate and our managed service organization, BetterHealth, to ensure all stakeholders receive necessary support.
- Lead a cross-functional workgroup of Epic stakeholders to track metrics, manage system updates, and coordinate maintenance.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and revenue cycle teams to configure billing needs, fee schedules, and appointment templates.
- Maintain the affiliate training environment and partner with the training team to keep educational resources current.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and lead projects to improve workflow efficiency.
- Build custom EHR reports and assist with data audit processes to ensure compliance.
Must-haves
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in Information Technology.
- Proven experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Comfort working with staff at all levels of an organization.
- A strong commitment to reproductive health and justice.
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate to our service area of South Carolina, North Carolina, or Virginia.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience working with the Epic system.
- Familiarity with IT support tools such as Citrix Go To Assist.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00 to $86,700.00.
