The role

We are looking for a Senior Environmental Solutions Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Southeast Wisconsin. This is a high-impact, performance-based position designed for someone who thrives on the front lines of business development. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial research to closing deals, and you will have the opportunity to grow your territory or move into leadership roles as you consistently meet your performance targets.

Core responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the industrial sector through strategic networking, internet research, and phone outreach.
  • Execute a high-volume appointment setting strategy, including cold calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns, with a goal of securing at least five new meetings each week.
  • Manage the entire sales process for select accounts, which includes meeting with prospects, crafting tailored proposals, and closing new business engagements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a strong background in sales and business development. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in lead generation, CRM management, and sales reporting.
  • Strong experience in cold calling and professional networking to reach C-level executives and directors.
  • A solid understanding of or experience selling sustainability programs, chemical services, hazardous material handling, or industrial manufacturing services.
  • Technical knowledge regarding waste water treatment, recycling initiatives, and waste stream management is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required.
