What you'll be doing
- You will actively source and engage with senior consultants or generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- You will manage your daily workflow using CRM tools to track market intelligence, nurture client or candidate relationships, and ensure all performance targets are met.
- You will collaborate closely with your teammates to negotiate rates, understand specific business needs, and successfully close new opportunities or fill critical staffing requirements.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. You must be comfortable working in an on-site environment from Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly when speaking over the phone.
- The ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a competitive, proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and professional networking platforms.
