What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the German exhibition market by leveraging your deep industry expertise and professional network. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Activating your existing network within the German Messe ecosystem to secure warm introductions and open doors with key show directors and commercial leads.
- Developing and executing a strategic territory map while maintaining high standards for pipeline development and CRM hygiene.
- Representing Swapcard as an industry expert by sharing best practices and value-led insights at major events and trade shows across the DACH region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in SaaS or B2B solution sales, specifically in closing enterprise-level deals. You must have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience within the exhibition industry, including a proven ability to engage with C-level executives and portfolio directors. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role. We value candidates who possess a startup mindset, characterized by resourcefulness, optimism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate complex value propositions through storytelling and high-level presentations will be key to your success.
