What you bring
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead our efforts to generate new business and expand our footprint within existing accounts. This full-time, remote position requires a professional who is comfortable navigating the Microsoft ecosystem and building lasting relationships with C-level executives. Your work will involve the following core responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
- Developing and executing market strategies that highlight our cloud technology solutions and services.
- Building a robust sales pipeline by fostering strong partnerships with Microsoft Account Executives and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution. You should have at least five to ten years of experience in complex solution selling, ideally with a background in Microsoft services. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is considered a plus. We value individuals who are persuasive communicators, detail-oriented, and capable of handling difficult conversations with grace. You must be comfortable working in a remote environment and be fluent in English. Above all, we seek someone who is passionate about helping organizations evolve into digital-first enterprises.
