Enterprise Risk Manager at Trustly

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States.

Key outcomes

• Lead the innovation, governance, and management of our enterprise risk framework, including identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks.
• Design and implement enterprise risk management tools, policies, and practices to ensure comprehensive reporting and analysis.
• Execute enterprise risk assessments and oversee our third-party risk management and new product development programs.
• Provide strategic risk management reports to senior leadership, offering actionable advice on mitigation measures.
• Create and track corrective action plans to address regulatory, audit, or self-identified issues, ensuring timely remediation.
• Collaborate across business units to document risks and facilitate effective remediation strategies.
• Host training sessions and workshops to keep our staff informed about organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in risk management, specifically within the Fintech or financial services sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in conducting and preparing detailed risk assessments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the organizational skills necessary to manage complex projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven experience in risk management roles with a focus on compliance and enterprise-wide strategy.

Compensation
