Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in the United States. You will be the primary strategist for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring our customers achieve their goals while driving long-term value through our platform.

Your impact

Strategic Account Planning: Partner with customers to develop and execute Joint Success Plans, while collaborating with our internal teams to deliver impactful workshops and training.
Proactive Portfolio Management: Monitor customer data to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring consistent engagement and platform utilization.
Value Realization: Conduct regular impact reviews with key decision-makers to demonstrate the value of our platform and identify new use cases for expansion.

What you'll need

Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, specifically managing large enterprise accounts within the SaaS or developer tooling space.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex product features into clear business outcomes.
Proven expertise in strategic account planning and project management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Communications.
Fluency in English.
