What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will play a central role in driving our growth by engaging with senior stakeholders at large insurance organizations. You will report directly to our Head of Revenue for North America and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline.
What will you do?
- Identify and research target enterprise accounts to initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach through email, phone, and social channels.
- Manage the full lead qualification process, ensuring that every opportunity aligns with our ideal customer profile before handing it off to the broader revenue team.
- Maintain accurate records and activity reporting within HubSpot to ensure clear visibility into pipeline progression and overall performance.

- Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development within a B2B SaaS environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles through value-led conversations.
