What you'll be doing
- You will lead our Enterprise Architecture practice, ensuring that all proposed technical solutions align perfectly with our broader company objectives and organizational direction.
- You will manage the lifecycle of complex projects by delegating tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing accurate work estimates.
- You will provide leadership and supervision to your team, which includes conducting performance reviews and facilitating regular one-on-one meetings to support their professional growth.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology, leadership, and problem-solving. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- At least 12 years of experience in development and analysis.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
- The ability to think big, challenge conventional wisdom, and comfortably navigate ambiguity.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to build consensus and champion new ideas.
- Fluency in English.
