As IT Enterprise Architect, you will ensure IT strategy is aligned with Lucid’s business goals working closely with different teams across IT, Product and Manufacturing divisions to solve critical challenges
You Will:
- Understand the customer’s business and functional requirements and translate them into requirements and technical specification documents (blueprints)
- Drive the functional teams to leverage standards, re-usable components, and design patterns and propose system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Assess, design, and deliver on architecture that supports high availability and scalability.
- Partners with solution/technical architects to deliver technology architecture artifacts needed for the end-to-end architecture and solution architecture approach.
- Working efficiently and demonstrating a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Driving innovation and high standards, balanced with business needs and customer expectations.
- Create cross-functional Information Domain Blueprints encompassing information modeling, data standards, and comprehensive data mapping and analysis
- Develop architectural blueprints and transformational roadmaps for modernization of Product Development (PD) products such as PLM, Bill of Materials, Systems Engineering, Design, and Verification, fostering collaboration across functional domains and Business, IT, and enterprise architecture teams
- Support IT teams in the seamless transition from strategy to development and delivery phases and in creating technical designs and documentation for new features and functionalities
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably including multiple disciplines (e.g. application development, business analysis, infrastructure/operations)
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in Auto or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience with APIs (Tibco), identity and access management, Cloud technologies (SAP, Salesforce, AWS, etc.), Middleware/ESB/ETL tools (Tibco, Kafka), and mobile/web application development stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage, develop work plans, and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in legacy and cloud-native paradigms.
- Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
Additional:
- Mastery of SOA architecture and enterprise services implementation.
- Scaled Agile Framework architect experience.
- Experience architecting and delivering large-scale business technology transformation.
- Proven ability to work effectively with IT, various vendors, and business teams to develop solutions that meet technology standards and business needs.
- Demonstrated success as a Solution Architect on both large and small initiatives.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$165,000—$240,000 USD
