We are currently looking for a Junior Enterprise Application Administrator to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us optimize the business applications that keep our organization running smoothly, ensuring our internal systems remain robust and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the administration and maintenance of key enterprise platforms, including NetSuite and Jira, to ensure high performance and security.
- Provide daily technical support to internal users by troubleshooting issues and managing service requests.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of system integrations, specifically utilizing Azure Functions and Data Factory to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- One to three years of experience in an application support or administrative role, with specific exposure to business systems like NetSuite or Jira.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a basic understanding of cloud-based application environments.
What we offer
