We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Enterprise Applications team and help us build a unified, industry-leading analytics platform with Snowflake at its core.
What you bring
As an Enterprise Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical executive-level role in architecting our data landscape. This is a full-time, hybrid position that can be performed from anywhere, provided you can align your schedule with America’s time zones. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the implementation and continuous refinement of our data connections, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.
- Centralizing our cloud data into Snowflake to create a unified framework that supports the needs of our diverse functional groups and global clients.
- Partnering with our product, operations, and executive leadership teams to define a data-enabled roadmap that optimizes usage growth and provides actionable insights.
Requirements
We are looking for a creative problem solver who possesses at least 8 years of experience in data architecture and development. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience in high-level analytics. Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake is essential, as is hands-on experience with ETL systems like Matillion and modern visualization tools such as Thoughtspot or Sigma. We value candidates who have worked within high-growth SaaS environments and have familiarity with CRM, ERP, or HCM analytics. Beyond your technical skills, you must be an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence, a strong sense of personal accountability, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver exceptional results.
