As a fast-growing fintech company, we operate on behalf of our clients to transform payment processes into opportunities for innovation and connection. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Agile Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will act as a conductor for our organization, harmonizing multiple Agile teams to ensure our projects align with our broader business strategy while maintaining the highest standards of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise Agile team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Oversee complex project workflows across multiple teams, ensuring efficient execution and clear communication of status updates to senior leadership and business partners.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate team efficiency and drive improvements throughout the product development life cycle.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of management experience, with a proven track record of growing talent through mentorship and career development.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile or technical product and program management.
- Extensive proficiency with Jira and other Atlassian tools, including experience with rich filters and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical programs from initial concept through to delivery at scale.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead programs involving diverse collaborators across different time zones.
- Prior experience in the payments industry is considered a significant advantage.
What we offer
