Procurement Sciences is a venture-backed SaaS leader transforming the government contracting industry with our Awarded AI platform. We are looking for a senior-level Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team and help us scale our impact within the GovCon space.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of large enterprise accounts, taking full ownership of gross retention, net revenue retention, and expansion targets.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships across executive leadership, capture, proposal, and program teams to ensure broad account engagement.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that identify whitespace and clear paths for expansion across divisions and subsidiaries.
- Drive the adoption of our full product suite, including Awarded AI and HigherGov, through seat expansion and cross-selling.
- Lead end-to-end commercial cycles, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and procurement approvals.
- Conduct executive business reviews that demonstrate the value of our platform in relation to the customer’s win rates and proposal outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as product, solutions engineering, and customer success, to advocate for enterprise requirements and mitigate churn risks.
- Maintain high standards for pipeline hygiene and account documentation within Salesforce.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or strategic enterprise sales, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of managing books of business with at least $100,000 in annual contract value.
- Deep, hands-on experience in the government contracting market, including knowledge of the capture lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and teaming relationships.
- Ability to navigate complex procurement environments, including legal redlines, security reviews, and compliance standards like FedRAMP or CMMC.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the DMV (D.C., Maryland, and Virginia) area and able to travel up to 30 percent of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree.
