What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital part in our growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with large organizations, showing them exactly how our software can solve their most complex maintenance challenges.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline by actively sourcing new prospects and managing the flow to ensure you hit your targets consistently.
- Develop and carry out strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the enterprise market.
- Lead high-value negotiations and consult with key decision-makers to present tailored solutions that highlight the return on investment of our platform.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within the SaaS sector, and a proven history of meeting or exceeding your goals. We value candidates who possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should be comfortable working with CRM software like Salesforce and be able to explain complex ideas in a simple, compelling way. Since we are a rapidly scaling startup, being results-driven, curious, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential. Fluency in English is required for this role.
