At TheyDo we help the world’s largest enterprises become genuinely customer-centric. Our AI-powered journey management platform brings scattered data and teams together so leaders can make faster, smarter decisions and deliver better experiences. Since 2019, companies such as Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot and Lufthansa have relied on us to scale journey management across their organisations. With $50M raised from top-tier investors and a fully remote team of more than 100 people spanning 30 nationalities, we are building a category-defining company whose mission is to make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on a full-time, remote basis. In this position you will own a territory end-to-end, guiding enterprise prospects through complex buying journeys and closing six-figure deals that expand the use of our platform.
Core responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for a defined set of enterprise accounts, from pipeline creation through to closed-won deals and expansion revenue.
- Build and execute strategic account plans that align TheyDo’s value proposition with each prospect’s customer-experience and product goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success and Enablement teams to deliver a seamless buying experience while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Skills and experience
You bring a proven track record of consistently surpassing annual quotas above $1M and closing mid- to high six-figure enterprise deals. You are fluent in value-based and strategic selling methodologies, comfortable leading conversations with C-level stakeholders, and skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes. You thrive in fast-moving environments, demonstrate grit when pursuing ambitious goals, and communicate clearly in English through both synchronous and asynchronous channels. Experience selling to large organisations and an eagerness to learn and adapt are essential.
Compensation and benefits
We offer competitive compensation together with pre-IPO equity so you share in TheyDo’s long-term success. Additional benefits include fully remote work with flexible hours, comprehensive medical insurance, a minimum of 25 days paid holiday plus public holidays and a winter shutdown, generous learning and wellbeing budgets, six months fully paid parental leave for primary carers and six weeks for secondary carers, a home-office or co-working allowance, regular company retreats, and the latest MacBook hardware plus collaborative tools such as Slack, Notion and Loom.
How to apply
If this mission and the opportunity to shape how global enterprises adopt journey management resonate with you, we encourage you to apply. We review every application personally and look forward to learning how your experience could contribute to our growth.
