We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. At incident.io, we have built the leading all-in-one platform for incident management. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped over 800 companies, including major names like Netflix, Airbnb, and Block, resolve more than 250,000 incidents. Our platform is currently used by over 30,000 responders every month to reduce downtime and improve response processes. We are a well-funded, ambitious team backed by $100M from investors like Index Ventures and Insight Partners, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help us continue our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise revenue by optimizing the way we source and close new accounts, ensuring we reach our full market potential.
- Conduct high-impact product demos that showcase our value, while gathering critical feedback to share with our product team for ongoing development.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine our sales processes, challenge existing methods, and maintain a sharp focus on scaling our business.
Requirements
- A proven track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals, specifically at the enterprise level with contracts valued at $100K or more.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including technical leaders like engineers and CTOs.
- A hunter mindset characterized by creativity in prospecting and the resilience to persist through challenges.
- The ability to use data and deep product knowledge to articulate our value proposition to diverse executive audiences.
- Comfort working with autonomy in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
