We are looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing UK sales team and help us advance our mission as a leading underwriting platform for commercial insurers. You will play a pivotal role in driving our regional growth, reporting directly to our Head of Revenue for the UK and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture key relationships within the UK territory to drive revenue growth.
- Lead consultative sales processes, including the creation of tender proposals and product demonstrations.
- Partner with our pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to shape solutions that meet specific customer transformation objectives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and overseeing customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline activity within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our positioning and support regional campaigns.
- Represent our brand at industry events and build a strong network within the commercial insurance market.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the London commercial insurance market.
- A proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, particularly through competitive tendering.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build compelling value propositions and translate strategic objectives into business cases.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Experience working collaboratively across marketing, product, and customer success functions.
- Discipline in managing complex sales cycles and maintaining detailed pipeline reporting.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is £200,000 - £230,000.
