About the Role
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive on a Full Time basis. In this remote position you will drive new and expansion revenue by selling our Labeling-as-a-Service offering to the world’s largest AI organizations. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-while building lasting, consultative relationships that help customers turn raw data into reliable model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop pipeline from scratch, targeting MAG7 companies and frontier AI labs with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals while also securing quick wins, tracking every opportunity in Salesforce and consistently meeting activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and community teams to align customer feedback with our product roadmap and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Five or more years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, ideally selling machine-learning, big-data, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven success closing Labeling-as-a-Service or similar data-centric deals with MAG7 organizations and/or leading AI labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral.
- Demonstrated ability to land new logos and expand within existing accounts, with familiarity in product-led-growth or open-source motions considered a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, a passion for automation, and the self-motivation to thrive in a fully remote environment.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere, with a preference for those based on the US East or West Coast.
Compensation and Benefits
The on-target earnings for this position are $300,000 USD, structured as a 50/50 split between a $150,000 USD base salary and $150,000 USD variable commission. Additional variable compensation is available through our commission plan when quotas are achieved. We also support fully remote work so you can do your best work from wherever you are most productive.
