What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Colombia where you will focus on driving revenue growth across a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises. If you have a background in staffing solutions and want to work with a technology-driven industry leader, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify key growth opportunities and consistently exceed our national revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by providing customized staffing solutions that address their specific operational needs.
  • Actively generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified business opportunities.

  • Proven experience selling staffing solutions within the Colombian market.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • A tech-forward mindset with the ability to understand and sell AI-driven products.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and the availability to travel within Colombia for client meetings and industry events.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales is considered a plus.
