You will join Collectly, a fast-growing healthcare technology startup that applies artificial intelligence to revenue cycle management. Our platform helps providers accelerate cash flow, reduce administrative work, and improve the financial experience for patients across the United States.
What you'll be doing
- Own the complete sales cycle, from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing six-figure agreements with strategic healthcare providers.
- Build a territory from the ground up by designing and executing targeted outbound and multi-channel campaigns.
- Establish trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at health systems and medical groups, then tailor demonstrations that clearly show how our solutions solve their financial and operational challenges.
What you'll bring
- At least four years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup or the healthcare or fintech sectors.
- A proven track record as a hunter who consistently generates pipeline through outbound prospecting and self-sourced opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and craft compelling stories.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers and navigating multi-stakeholder, six-figure deals.
- High adaptability and comfort thriving in a fast-moving, high-change environment.
- Residence in the San Francisco Bay Area and willingness to work three days per week in the office.
- Fluency in English.
