What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Enterprise Account Executive position. The role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, though we have a preference for someone based in the United Kingdom, ideally London. You will join as a founding member of the sales organization and help shape how we reach and support engineering leaders at scale.
What will you do?
- Own the full sales cycle by identifying high-value prospects, navigating technical buyer groups, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Practice consultative selling by listening closely to engineering stakeholders, uncovering their priorities, and translating those needs into tailored platform solutions rather than scripted pitches.
- Collaborate with leadership, developer marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, test new outreach approaches, and continuously improve our go-to-market playbook.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring five to seven or more years of closing experience, ideally selling cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform tools to technical buyers. You maintain a strong network of engineering leaders who already know and trust you, and you have a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota. A working knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure concepts, and the modern software development lifecycle-or the drive to learn them quickly-will help you connect authentically with our audience. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy refining processes on the fly, and measure success through clear metrics and steady improvement. Strong written and spoken English is required.

We offer an on-target earnings range of $200,000 to $300,000 with a 50/50 split between base salary and variable compensation.
