We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Consultant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis in Turkey. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to users in the blockchain sector through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our clients while consistently meeting team performance goals.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and internal departments to ensure you remain informed about our latest products and industry trends.
Requirements
- You must possess excellent proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum C1 level in speaking and writing.
- We require previous experience in a customer service role, supported by strong analytical and research skills.
- You should have a reliable personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
- A professional background or interest in financial technology, payment processing, or experience using CRM systems is considered a significant advantage.
