We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. We operate as a global, distributed company with a culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms to translate raw sensor data into high-value operational decisions.
• Build intuitive systems that empower domain experts to configure AI agents without the need for manual coding.
• Collaborate across our global team to apply artificial intelligence to complex industrial applications, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about applying AI to real-world industrial problems. You should have a strong background in engineering and a proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment. We value individuals who are comfortable with documentation-first workflows and who can communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Because we operate internationally, you must be proficient in English and capable of working with a diverse, distributed team across various time zones.
