What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Engineering Technician to join us in a Full Time, on-site capacity within the United States. You will play a vital role in our deployment success by bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our clients. Your work will involve utilizing your skills in Engineering, IoT, Mobile, Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, and Networking to ensure our systems run flawlessly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a dedicated liaison between our internal teams and our clients to facilitate the smooth deployment of new solutions.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues on-site and collaborating with our remote teams to devise effective, long-term resolutions.
• Proactively identifying potential system risks and documenting processes to prevent future technical pitfalls.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in client-facing environments. We require at least 3 years of proven experience in the IoT and mobile sectors, along with the ability to manage complex incidents with minimal supervision. You should be a clear communicator who can translate technical challenges for diverse audiences. A strong grasp of logical, systematic thinking is essential, as is the ability to multitask and make confident decisions during system breakdowns. While not mandatory, we value candidates who have experience with Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, the OSI Networking Model, and electrical wiring. A background in startup environments is also a significant plus.
