We take pride in our award-winning culture, which is rooted in inclusion, fairness, and a deep commitment to our community. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us maintain our reputation as a premier destination for professional growth.
The role
We are seeking a Junior Engineering Technician to join our Validation and Design teams on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This position is ideal for an organized problem-solver who is eager to build a strong foundation in silicon and system validation. You will work directly in our lab, receiving hands-on mentorship from our experienced engineers as you contribute to the assembly, testing, and debugging of our latest electronic platforms.
Core responsibilities
- Perform advanced board work, including the assembly, repair, and rework of printed circuit boards using surface-mount soldering techniques for fine-pitch components.
- Utilize electronic schematics and layout diagrams to debug and resolve issues at the board or system level under the guidance of senior team members.
- Execute defined test experiments and run automated sequences to verify functionality, while also managing lab operations and inventory to ensure efficient workflows.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field, though we will consider relevant hands-on experience as an alternative.
- Proficiency with standard lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- The ability to read and interpret circuit board schematics, paired with strong documentation and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in troubleshooting, advanced electrical testing, and Python or other scripting languages.
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or export licenses.
How to apply
If you are a curious and disciplined technician ready to start your career with a leader in mixed-signal processing, we invite you to submit your application. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to selecting the best-qualified candidates based on job-related criteria. We look forward to reviewing your background and discussing how you can contribute to our mission.
