What is this role?

We are looking for an Engineering Technical Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position where you will help shape our technical direction and guide our engineering efforts. This role operates on a hybrid work model within the United States, allowing for a balance between collaborative office time and remote flexibility.

What will you do?

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers to support their career growth and project success.
• Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning systems while ensuring high standards for model development and maintenance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for data innovation and ensure our technical strategy aligns with our broader business goals.

• Extensive experience in AI/ML development and managing large-scale data processing systems.
• Deep technical proficiency in Go and relational databases.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset toward staying current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our international team.
