What you bring

We are searching for an Executive-level Engineering Tech Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be instrumental in leveraging your expertise in Engineering, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and AWS to drive our technical strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to our developers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Leading full-stack development efforts with a focus on writing clean, reusable code that prioritizes application performance and user experience.
• Collaborating closely with product management, engineering managers, and automation teams to deliver high-quality services and products.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in computer science, supported by a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. You should have at least 8 years of professional software development experience. We are looking for someone with deep technical proficiency in both front-end and back-end ecosystems, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS. You must be an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, have a passion for clean code, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with design patterns, programming methodologies, and problem-solving is essential for success in this position.
