The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Team Member to join our growing organization. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our product. We provide a stable environment where you can follow industry best practices for product development. You will have the autonomy to iterate on our platform, improve the long-term quality of our codebase, and help empower your teammates to grow and succeed.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with a diverse team to build and refine features that help our customers improve their own hiring processes.
• Take ownership of technical projects, focusing on the long-term health and quality of our codebase.
• Participate in our culture of continuous improvement by providing and receiving actionable feedback through our performance review program.

Who you are

You are a Senior professional with a strong background in Engineering. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are fluent in English. Because we are a team that values different perspectives, you bring your unique experiences to the table to help us maintain an inclusive culture. Please note that you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
