What you bring

We are looking for a Senior level professional to join our Engineering department on a Full Time basis. This role is open to candidates located Anywhere, as we operate as a remote-first workforce. You will be an integral part of our broader Engineering, QA, IT, and Salesforce teams, where you will help us maintain high standards for our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Iterating continuously on our existing platform to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Improving the long-term quality and sustainability of our codebase.
• Empowering your fellow team members to develop their skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Engineering, QA, IT, Salesforce, and Product Development. We value candidates who are comfortable working within the teletherapy and education technology sectors. You must be fluent in English and hold current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We look for individuals who are self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of their work in a remote environment.
