Engineering Team Lead at Juro

At Juro, we are on a mission to help the world agree faster by transforming how contracts are managed. Our intelligent platform is replacing outdated desktop tools with a browser-native experience that leverages AI to make legal documentation collaborative and frictionless. We are currently looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position for candidates based in the United Kingdom, where we embrace a choice-first work approach that empowers you to work from anywhere while maintaining strong connections with our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features that drive our platform forward.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of mentoring engineers and driving team success.
• Hands-on technical expertise in building core product features using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage initiatives independently and take ownership of team outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business goals.
• Bonus points if you have previous experience working within a Platform team.

What we offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £121,000 to £145,000. In addition to your base compensation, you will receive:
