Key outcomes
- Lead and grow a talented team of backend and frontend engineers.
- Oversee engineering projects from the initial concept through to final delivery, maintaining high quality standards.
- Partner with Product Managers to define the team roadmap and balance product goals with technical requirements.
- Set a high standard for technical excellence by driving improvements in our infrastructure and product performance.
- Architect long-term technical solutions that provide significant value to our platform and our users.
- Focus on the professional development of your team members through coaching, mentoring, and active hiring.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a people management role.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
- A strong technical background in building large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
- Proven expertise in project management and team leadership.
- A deep passion for mentoring others and helping your team members reach their full potential.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Java and its associated frameworks.
- Previous experience developing user-facing products.
- A degree in computer science or a related technical field.
