Key outcomes

• Lead and grow a talented team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Oversee engineering projects from the initial concept through to final delivery, maintaining high quality standards.
• Partner with Product Managers to define the team roadmap and balance product goals with technical requirements.
• Set a high standard for technical excellence by driving improvements in our infrastructure and product performance.
• Architect long-term technical solutions that provide significant value to our platform and our users.
• Focus on the professional development of your team members through coaching, mentoring, and active hiring.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a people management role.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• A strong technical background in building large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
• Proven expertise in project management and team leadership.
• A deep passion for mentoring others and helping your team members reach their full potential.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with Java and its associated frameworks.
• Previous experience developing user-facing products.
• A degree in computer science or a related technical field.
