At Legend, we build top-tier digital products for the most competitive global markets, including iGaming, sports betting, and personal finance. With a team of over 500 professionals, we help brands scale their growth across 18 countries by delivering high-impact user experiences. We are currently looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our Product Hub in Poland on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your squad by fostering a collaborative culture and driving continuous improvement.
Solve complex technical challenges to ensure our projects are delivered successfully.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, ensuring we maintain high industry standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product management, design, SEO, and content teams.
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and support the professional development of your engineers.
Balance leadership duties with hands-on technical work, such as pair programming and architectural design.

Must-haves

Proven experience leading and mentoring product-facing engineering teams across various levels of seniority.
Strong technical proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, specifically React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience designing scalable solutions capable of handling high traffic or large data volumes.
Proficiency in deploying applications to cloud platforms like AWS.
A hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into the code when necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a history of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A deep understanding of engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Fluency in English.
