Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and helping us scale our SaaS product to new heights.
Your impact
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of backend and frontend engineers to foster high performance and strong team cohesion.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners like DevOps and QA to align on goals and deliver impactful software.
- Drive technical strategy by architecting scalable solutions, balancing innovation with the management of technical debt, and utilizing Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban to optimize workflows.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams, with a proven ability to mentor others and drive measurable results.
- Deep professional expertise in React, TypeScript, and PHP.
- A strong background in software architecture, including the ability to design and maintain large-scale solutions.
- Experience contributing to product strategy and planning OKRs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
