We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to guide our Design System team in a fully remote capacity.
Key outcomes
- Improve the delivery systems used by internal teams by refining the tooling your team manages.
- Design innovative technical solutions that balance trade-offs to meet evolving business requirements.
- Communicate technical strategies clearly to your team, peers, and various stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow into future technical leaders.
- Prioritize the product roadmap, sequence key initiatives, and maintain transparent timelines.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define and achieve our technical and product vision.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in systems architecture and software engineering principles.
- Proven experience building and maintaining React component libraries that meet high standards for accessibility, responsiveness, and type safety.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and leading engineering teams, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience with change management and communicating organizational shifts at scale.
- A technical leadership mindset that balances hands-on contributions with the ability to coach others.
- Comfortable working as a full-stack engineer across both front-end and back-end codebases.
- A proactive, outcome-focused approach and a willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
