Key outcomes

• Utilize a diverse technology stack including Scala, PHP, React, Ruby, Rails, gRPC, JavaScript, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Resque to power our platform.
• Develop robust integrations with third-party SOAP and REST APIs that are highly extensible and resilient.
• Produce code that is performant, maintainable, and clear.
• Partner with product and design teams to establish feature specifications and project timelines.
• Contribute to technical discussions regarding new architectures and solutions.
• Maintain high quality standards by participating in regular code reviews.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer using at least one of the following: Ruby, Scala, Elixir, Python, Go, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Proficiency in full-stack development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to develop high-performance, scalable web services and applications.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, distributed queuing systems, and API integrations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with OAuth or SAML workflows and permissions.
• Background in DevOps or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies beyond Docker.
