About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Engineering Project Manager on a Full Time, on-site basis. In this position you will direct civil engineering design projects, coordinate internal teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the public infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver work on time and within scope.
- Provide design direction to technicians and engineers, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and the integration of current technologies.
- Build and maintain client relationships by clarifying scope, communicating progress, and addressing questions promptly.
Requirements
- Missouri Licensed Professional Engineer, or the ability to obtain licensure within twelve months.
- Demonstrated success managing civil engineering projects that involve hydraulics, hydrology, roadway geometry, and traffic operations.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HEC-RAS.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Location
This role is based in Columbia, Missouri, with relocation reimbursement available for the right candidate.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000. In addition, we offer medical insurance with 50 percent premium coverage, access to dental, vision, and ancillary coverage, a 401(k) plan with up to 4 percent company match, 15 days of PTO that can grow to 25 days, and a company credit card for approved project and travel expenses.
