We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our team of over 500 professionals across North America and Europe, helping us scale our engineering organization while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Enhance clarity, direction, and scope for one to three engineering teams, managing both technical projects like SRE and scalability, as well as functional product automations.
- Contribute to the health of our engineering organization by maintaining release pipelines, participating in incident response, and overseeing monitoring and alerting practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational structure, knowledge management, and production stability.
- Promote our internal culture by organizing team-building activities, hackathons, and company-wide meetings.
- Support our branding and hiring efforts to attract top talent to the engineering team.
Must-haves
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in technical project management, engineering management, quality engineering, or production-related roles.
- Ability to read, understand, and challenge technical designs, even though this role does not involve coding.
- Proven skills in change management and the ability to drive solutions in new or ambiguous contexts.
- Fluency in English.
- A resourceful and diligent approach to connecting ideas and reaching team alignment.
