We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to impact millions of lives through innovative, cloud-based healthcare software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that technical and business dependencies are met with a strong sense of urgency.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and operations teams to manage project deliverables and release readiness.
- Communicate project status and sprint execution metrics clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership while continuously refining our planning and delivery processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in software development and project management. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of experience in project or release management within a software development or technology environment, specifically utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- A proven track record of managing complex software projects, including experience with SaaS, mobile, or cloud deployments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex technical requirements.
- A self-motivated approach to problem-solving, with a high degree of organizational skill and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- While not required, familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git, as well as professional certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum Master, are considered significant assets.
