The opportunity

We are always looking for Senior Engineering and Product talent to join our mission. As a member of our team, you will help us build the infrastructure that allows political campaigns and progressive advocacy groups to operate more efficiently. Our work involves tackling big data problems at scale, creating tools that aggregate fragmented data, and designing systems that help organizations reach voters effectively. A day in the life

While your specific responsibilities will depend on the team you join, your work will generally focus on the following areas:

• Developing and maintaining data solutions that allow campaigns to unify their existing software tools and streamline their operations.
• Building data visualization features that help our users map voter geography and integrate behavioral insights into comprehensive voter profiles.
• Designing and implementing campaign management features that leverage social media and voter registration data to connect with underrepresented communities.
