The role

We are looking for experienced Lead Engineers to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside our product and user experience teams to shepherd new features from concept to release. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end development, from building web interfaces to designing backend APIs and database layers.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product and design teams to create and implement end-to-end features that provide real value to our customers.
• Build and maintain robust applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js while ensuring high performance.
• Design and implement data models using PostgreSQL to support complex, real-world application requirements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in web development and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for candidates who have:

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, specifically in building single-page applications.
• A deep understanding of API design and relational database design.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent listening skills and a focus on customer success.
• Familiarity with our core tech stack, including React, Node.js, Postgres, AWS, and Terraform.
