Role at a glance

We are looking for a Lead engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will work closely with our product and user experience teams to shepherd new features from concept to release. You will have the opportunity to own the development process across the entire stack, ensuring our platform remains a leader in data security and privacy compliance.

Your impact

• Collaborate with our product and design teams to architect and build end-to-end features that solve real customer problems.
• Develop highly responsive user interfaces and robust backend APIs using React and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable data models using PostgreSQL while monitoring performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative problem solver with a strong technical foundation. We value candidates who are eager to learn and ready to contribute to a tight-knit, inclusive team.

• Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience designing RDBMS structures and building single-page applications that interact with backend APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tooling, specifically AWS, Terraform, GitHub, Jira, Datadog, and Buildkite.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate directly with users to identify and build effective solutions.
• Fluency in English and a commitment to our core values of trust, health, respect, and evidence-based decision-making.
