The role

We are looking for experienced Lead Engineers to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end feature development, working across the entire stack from web interfaces and backend APIs to the database layer. You will collaborate closely with product and user experience teams to iterate on our platform, and you will have the chance to engage directly with customers to solve real-world problems.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product and design teams to architect and build end-to-end features that deliver genuine value to our users.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and robust backend APIs using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Design and implement efficient data models in PostgreSQL while monitoring and optimizing system performance.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in modern web development and have a strong desire to learn. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• Deep experience building single-page applications and designing scalable APIs and domain models.
• Strong technical knowledge of React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tooling, specifically AWS, Terraform, GitHub, Jira, Datadog, and Buildkite.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a focus on performance testing.
• A collaborative mindset, strong listening skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
