Role: Engineering Operations Analyst
Reports to: SVP of Engineering

What You Will Do

• Trends & Insights: Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights to help improve the product development and maintenance.
• Program Leadership: Defines program scope, OKRs, and KPIs. Ensures alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams across ops, engineering and product and drives efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Communication: Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Define relevant project success metrics, track progress, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
• Decision making: Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders (technical and non-technical) across diverse teams to enable effective decision making. Execute portfolio tracking mechanics to enable informed decision making, clear prioritization, and easy risk management across the portfolio.
• Governance: Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.

What You Will Need
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive customer and product-focused decisions
• Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong attention to detail in fast changing business environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience of working with scaled product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationship
• Self-motivated with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving, operations management and driving action
• Willing to explore and learn new technologies, hybrid processes
• Demonstrated leadership, people, and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Solid program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management)
