Engineering Operations Analyst at Planful

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. Planful is the pioneer of financial performance management cloud software, helping businesses worldwide streamline their budgeting, reporting, and analytics. Our platform is trusted by over 1,500 customers, including notable organizations like Bose, Zappos, and the Boston Red Sox. Responsibilities

• Deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive improvements in product development and maintenance.
• Lead programs by defining scope, OKRs, and KPIs while ensuring full alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to use data to support recommendations and product-focused decisions. You must be comfortable solving problems at scale, whether they are structured or ambiguous, while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
