We are looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Analyst to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. Planful is the pioneer of financial performance management cloud software, helping businesses worldwide streamline their budgeting, reporting, and analytics. Our platform is trusted by over 1,500 customers, including notable organizations like Bose, Zappos, and the Boston Red Sox. As part of our team, you will work alongside passionate professionals dedicated to maintaining the best technology in the financial planning space.
Responsibilities
- Deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive improvements in product development and maintenance.
- Lead programs by defining scope, OKRs, and KPIs while ensuring full alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to use data to support recommendations and product-focused decisions. You must be comfortable solving problems at scale, whether they are structured or ambiguous, while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working with scaled product teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- A self-motivated approach to strategic problem solving and operations management.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and hybrid processes.
- Strong fundamentals in program management, including planning, execution, and risk management for technical cross-functional projects.
