- Guide the direction of our product experience teams to enhance the stability, security, and quality of our offerings.
- Engage with a diverse, multicultural group of engineers, product managers, and support staff to achieve our collective goals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management, ideally within a distributed team setting.
- Full professional fluency in the English language.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Background in scaling companies that have between 100 and 500 employees.
- Proven ability to work successfully within teams distributed across multiple time zones.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Compensation
We offer a hybrid work arrangement based in Lisbon. Our schedule includes a designated company day on Tuesdays for collaboration and team meals, a department-specific day on Thursdays for bonding, and a third day of your choosing. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance for candidates who are already legally eligible to work within the European Union.
