About the Role

Help us revolutionize healthcare through AI-powered solutions that enhance both patient care and provider capabilities. As an Engineering Manager you’ll take over direct management of the existing full stack engineering team to help drive execution in developing cutting-edge conversational AI products that directly impact healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Helping to support the definition and refinement of  our overall product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market demands
• Drive the development of our state-of-the-art conversational AI-powered applications for those we serve
• Ability to roll-up your sleeves and deliver core product features and functionality as needed
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of top-tier full stack engineers within a highly competitive market
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the engineering and product teams.

Required Qualifications

• Track record of successfully developing and deploying production-scale web and mobile applications
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans in collaboration with Senior Leadership team members
• Experience working with visual design teams to bring their work from Figma to pixel perfect deployed apps
• 5+ years of React and/or React Native experience
• 4+ years of Python or similar backend programming language experience
• 4+ years in a Manager or equivalent role
• Comfortable navigating an existing AWS infrastructure and working with Platform and DevOps team members
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, capable of adding structure as needed

Bonus Qualifications

• UX Design Experience 
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• AL and/or NLP experience, you have helped operationalize Data Science work
• Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
