The role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this leadership position, you will take direct management of our existing full-stack engineering team. You will be responsible for driving the execution of our cutting-edge conversational AI products, ensuring that our technical output directly improves healthcare outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development of our state-of-the-art, AI-powered applications while maintaining a hands-on approach to delivering core features.
• Recruit, mentor, and foster the growth of a high-performing team of full-stack engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and refine our product roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a strategic mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in a management or equivalent leadership role.
• 5 or more years of professional experience working with React and React Native.
• 4 or more years of experience with Python or a similar backend language.
• Proven experience deploying production-scale web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in navigating AWS infrastructure and collaborating with DevOps teams.
• The ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and work effectively with design teams to deliver polished, pixel-perfect applications.
