Engineering Manager at Unqork

Key outcomes

• Report directly to a Director of Engineering and provide technical guidance to your team.
• Lead your team in developing new products while collaborating cross-functionally to drive value for our customers.
• Create a supportive environment that empowers your engineers to make a meaningful impact.
• Help define and implement organizational roadmaps and key performance metrics.
• Refine internal processes to boost team productivity and collaboration.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to identify opportunities and improve the creator experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience, including a background as a full-stack engineer.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting engineering teams and working alongside product managers, designers, and QA.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and help them grow into strong contributors.
• Experience managing initiatives that are increasing in scope and complexity.
• A track record of identifying operational gaps and building consensus to implement solutions.
• Experience defining organizational metrics and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience working with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Experience utilizing GraphQL or NoSQL databases.

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $220,000. Please note that this range reflects base salary only and does not include equity, bonuses, or other perks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
